The Whitehall Amenity Association (WAA) is a separate organization for those homeowners in the community who choose to belong to the Amenity Center. WAA owns the facilities and governs the use of these facilities. The WAA has its own board of directors and a separate operating budget supported by annual dues collected from the WAA membership.

In the amenities center is a junior Olympic pool, lighted tennis courts, playground and multi-purpose fields. The WAA also sponsors a number of neighborhood activities each year including a teen pizza party, Christmas party, and Easter egg hunt.
