Julie has been a licensed Realtor with Prudential Carolina Real Estate since 2001, and a Charleston resident since 1997 after having lived all over the world.
Julie holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Management and a Masters Degree in Education. She is a former Accounts Director for WATS Marketing and a high school business teacher.

Michael, a licensed Realtor since 2001, is the marketing coordinator for the Mulligan Team. As a Chief Master Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force he managed multi-media centers throughout the world including the Department of Defense’s largest Combat Camera Squadron employing 150 photographers and videographers.
Michael now manages all the marketing of our listings through newspaper and magazine advertisements, direct mailing programs, postcard campaigns and special publications, he designs and prints our home flyers and manages our websites.
Samantha is a licensed Real Estate Agent and serves as a homebuyer specialist for the Mulligan Team. Born and raised in South Carolina, she graduated from Walterboro High School and holds an associates degree in Business Management-Integrated Systems.
Samantha brings a passion for real estate, youthful energy and business and computer experience to our team. She is known for her outstanding service and her devotion to Real Estate and the care and concern she gives each and every client is apparent by her success.
